Your Tasks:
- Preparation and conducting of training events
- Developing and preparing training content, materials, and methods
- Collaborating on the development of new training materials and lectures
- Contributing to and developing training modules for internal and external training
Your Profile:
- Completed training or studies in a training-related field
- Several years of professional experience as a training instructor is desirable
- Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
- Charismatic, convincing, and confident presentation skills
- Intercultural experience is a plus
